Hotel Policies

Check In Policy:

Check In starts at 15:00 hrs.
People under 18 years are not allowed to check in into an individual room. 
Passport or ID is required at check in.
Early Check In Fee: 25% of the room rate.

Upon arrival, a credit card will be requested for additional expenses.

Children Policy:

Children do not pay. The stay of up to 2 minors is free as long as they use the existing beds in their parents room.

Cancellation Policy:

The cancellation Policy varies according to the type of rate selected. Details below:

Flexible Rate:

We accept changes or cancellations 24 hrs. prior arrival. After this date, the equivalent of the total stay plus taxes will be charged as penalty.

Early departures and No-Shows are penalized with the total amount of the stay.

Non Refundable Rates:

This rate considers a discount defined by the hotel. Once the reservation is made, the hotel will proceed to charge 100% of the total stay plus tax. Changes or cancellations are not allowed in these rates at any time and no refunds will be provided. 

In case of no show or early departures the total amount will not be refunded.

Deposit Policy:

The Deposit Policy varies according to the type of rate selected. Details below:

The full amount of the first night´s stay with taxes will be charged to the credit or debit card you provide when completing the reservation. By providing your personal information and card number, you agree to have read to the payment and canellation policies.

Non Refundable Rates:

The full amount of the total stay with taxes will be charged to the credit or debit card you provide when completing the reservation. By providing your personal information and card number, you agree to have read to the payment and canellation policies.

Parking Policy:

Parking available.
Parking is free for guests. One vehicle per room.
